Harvard Cocktail

3/4 oz. MARTINI & ROSSI ROSSO VERMOUTH
1 1/2 oz. Brandy
2 tsp. Lemon Juice
1 tsp. Grenadine
dash Angostura Bitters

Shake ingredients with cracked ice. Strain into cocktail glass.

Under the Volcano Martini

1 1/2 oz. MARTINI & ROSSI VERMOUTH
1/2 oz. 100% Mescal
Jalapeno Stuffed Olive

Shake ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass.

Formula 2

1 1/2 oz. MARTINI & ROSSI ROSSO VERMOUTH
1 1/2 oz. MARTINI & ROSSI EXTRA DRY VERMOUTH
3/4 oz. Grapefruit Juice
3/4 oz. Tonic

Prepare directly in a tumbler with ice cubes and decorate with a slice of grapefruit.

Select Manhattan

1/4 oz. MARTINI & ROSSI ROSSO VERMOUTH
1/2 oz. MARTINI & ROSSI EXTRA DRY VERMOUTH
1 1/2 oz. Bacardi 8 Year Old
1-2 dashes Angostura Bitters

Stir all the ingredients with ice and strain into martini glass. Garnish with cherry or lemon twist.

Classic Martini

1/2 oz MARTINI & ROSSI EXTRA DRY VERMOUTH
1 1/2 oz. Bombay Sapphire

Shake with ice. Strain into chilled martini glass. Garnish with a twist or an olive.

Americano

2 parts MARTINI & ROSSI SWEET VERMOUTH
1 part Campari

Pour over ice and stir well. May also be served in a tall glass topped off with club soda.

4 oz. Orange Juice
splash Grenadine

Prepare directly in a tumbler with ice cubes and garnish with a slice of orange and seasonal fruit.

Serve on the rocks with a slice of lemon.

1 1/2 oz. Bacardi Carta Blanca rum
dash Angostura Bitters

Stir with cracked ice and strain into martini glass. Serve with twist of lemon.

Asti Martini

1/2 oz. MARTINI & ROSSI EXTRA DRY VERMOUTH
4 oz. MARTINI ASTI
dash Chambord

Add well chilled Asti to the remaining ingredients and serve in a champagne flute. Garnish with a fresh raspberry.

Formula One

3 oz. MARTINI & ROSSI EXTRA DRY VERMOUTH
3 oz. MARTINI & ROSSI ROSSO VERMOUTH
1/2 slice Orange

Mix directly in a medium tumbler and serve with a squeeze of lemon peel.
