Semi-dry ‘session cidre’, fruit forward with notes of mature fruit and baked apple aromas. Best enjoyed as an apéritif or alongside meat and smoked cheeses.
Mouth: Creamy effervescence, soft attack with a end of leather and a bit of astringency which structure the end of mouth. Baked apple aromas accompany the set.
Nose: Mature fruits and slightly stewed apples.
