Focusing on a love of Provence in the south of France, this elegant dry gin is distilled in the region and includes local basil, fennel, eucalyptus, thyme, pink grapefruit, and mint among its selection of 12 botanicals. Each botanical is distilled separately and carefully blended for a clever balance of zesty citrus and drying herbs.

Tasting note: Fresh, drying notes of basil and thyme are followed by zesty citrus peels, while oily, softly floral juniper and liquorice are lifted by delicate garden mint.
