DON PAPA 7YR RUM

Don Papa is a sensationally fruity rum distilled in the Philippines using sustainably sourced sugar cane from the Filipino island of Negros (also known as Sugarlandia). This small batch rum is then matured in American oak casks for seven years for a flavour-packed sip with exceptional depth of flavour.

Nose: Fruity notes up front, with sweet tangerines and apricots. This is followed by vanilla ice-cream, drizzled with runny toffee sauce.

Palate: Bags-full of vanilla and cinnamon. Hints of raisin, sultana and marmalade.

Finish: Medium length with punchy cinnamon.
