In 1948 after the end of the World War, Giuseppe Cipriani invented a new cocktail in the name of peace and freedom. He mixed Prosecco with a fresh white peach purée and the rest is history.
This classic cocktail is named after the Italian Renaissance Painter Giovanni Bellini and is an easy going and gentle drink.
