Nose: Intense and straightforward on a maelstrom of apple variations, from fresh apple to a touch of cider, apple blossom and apple pie with elegant notes of lime followed by some vanilla, peel and spice. Palate: Acidic and mellow impression at the same time, electric citrus peels balanced by stewed fruits (apple and pear, also some berries) with cinnamon and a touch of anise and fresh herbs. Finish: Long and fresh with fruity and floral notes and sweet spices.
