Avalon is a brilliant pale yellow Sidra (Cider) with a smooth style and a slow release of fine, slow bubbles forming an attractive and a persistent lacy head.
The clean aromas of green apple shine through with hints of balsam. The fruit has a wonderful balance between crispness and sweetness that makes it refreshingly cool.
