From red berried grapes, this typical wine of Benevento is born. It has a more or less intense ruby colour, aromas reminiscent of ripe red fruit. The flavor is dry, full-bodied, velvety and harmonious. It is a wine for the whole meal with a preference for pasta, meats in sauce or in a pan, cheeses and not too seasoned cold cuts. It is served at a temperature of 16-18 ° C.
