GRAPES Nebbiolo AREA OF ORIGIN Langhe. 100% Nebbiolo grapes, harvested in the Barolo area, between 380 and 450 meters above the sea level. TASTING NOTES Pale salmon pink in colour with a fine, very persistent mousse. On the nose there are delicate notes of rose petal and nutmeg, very elegant on the palate with a lovely, balanced finish. FOOD PAIRINGS An ideal aperitif or a perfect match for white meat or fish dishes.. Serve at 4-6°C
