FLOR DE CANA 12YR OLD RUM

A top quality rum from the Nicaraguan producer, Flor de Caña. This is fine sipping rum, with flavours like toffee apple and buttery vanilla.

Nose- Hints of buttery toffee and cinnamon on the nose. This develops with notes of black pepper, gingerbread, and allspice.

Palate- The palate offers up rich notes of cooked apple and allspice. Hints of nutmeg, honey, and a little toffee brittle.

Finish- Toffee and custard on the finish. Long and decadent.
