Certified by the Consejo Regulador de la Denominacion de Origin to be a wine over 30 years of age. 100% Pedro Ximenez grape. Foundation of Solera 1919. Once opened, keep in a cool place and consume within four to six weeks. The complexity and balance of this sherry could only be achieved through hundreds of years of sherry making experience. Dark brown in appearance, it’s nose follows suit in its notes of liquorice and black treacle. It’s intensely sweet on the palate and you might just notice a flavour of toasted rasins that lasts long into its elegant, lingering finish. Best enjoyed slightly chilled at about 15–17ºC.
