TEQUILA ESPOLON REPOSADO

Espolon Tequila The story of Espolòn lies in the heart of Mexican history itself. Crafted with 100% Weber Blue Agave in Los Altos, the Highlands region of Jalisco, the award-winning Blanco and Reposado tequilas are the pride of the San Nicolas Distillery marrying Mexican tradition with modern techniques.

Espolòma

2 oz Espolon Blanco or Reposado.

1 oz Lime Juice

1/2 oz Grapefruit Juice

1/2 oz Triple Sec

2 oz Sprite/lemon-lime soda

3 Dashes Angostura Bitters

Combine all ingredients except lemon lime soda. Shake and strain in to a hi-ball. Top with sprite and garnish with a grapefruit or lime.
