Wild Turkey is made using a higher rye content than other whiskies. It is barrelled at lower proof, aged longer than other whiskies and put in to oak barrels with the heaviest char. Very little water is added to Wild Turkey before bottling, resulting in a fuller flavoured bourbon. The Distillery is one of only two Kentucky distilleries that use only non-GMO grains.
