30&40 Double Jus

A refreshing Apéritif to enjoy on a warm afternoon (perhaps in the south of France, if at all possible). 30&40 Double Jus is made using a blend of pommeau (an apple-based spirit), Calvados (another apple-based spirit) and rum, and the combination is aged in oak barrels for an additional hint of spice. Suitable for a variety of cocktails and mixed drinks.
