Campari

Campari is an alcoholic spirit obtained from the infusion of bitter herbs aromatic plants and fruit in alcohol and water. The history of Campari began in Novara in 1860, with the invention of the original recipe that is still in use today. Campari is the essential ingredient in the Negroni.   Negroni 25ml Campari 25ml 1757 Vermouth di Torino 25ml Gin Orange zest garnish Take a heavy based rocks glass and fill with good quality cubed ice. Add equal parts Campari, sweet vermouth and gin.  Stir and garnish with orange peel.
