Lejay Apricot Brandy

A Crème de Apricot liqueur from French producer Lejay-Lagoute. It seems they’ve gone and re-jigged the recipe, bottling this particularly rich, fruity liqueur at a higher ABV (25%) than previous bottlings. It’s sure to still make an excellent cocktail ingredient, especially in a Bellini.
