DOORLY'S 3 YEAR

Here we have the delicious 3 Year Old rum from Doorly's, though this expression here has been bottled at the higher strength of 47% ABV. The white rum is aged and then filtered to remove the hue, but none of the flavour - meaning it's packed full of tropical fruit and subtle oak warmth. Great for cocktails and the like.

Tasting note: Sweet, ripe pineapple and banana, with fresh coconut and cut grass sweetness.
